Bill of Sale and Hip&Eye Guarantee
I go to great lengths to produce healthy
sound pups to be a member of your family. You have five days in which to have your veterinarian examine your pup for
any health problems. If there is a problem, Deez Labs will replace that dog. The dog must be returned to us the
following day with a statement from your veterinarian as to the problem, to receive a full refund of the pup, excluding vet
charges and shipping charges. All dogs are sold on good faith. No dog is sold for any specific use or guarantee
of performance, such as brood bitch, stud dog, show dog or field trial competitor. Also, please try to feed a good quality
dog food and do not keep your dog OVERWEIGHT, as it can contribute to bad hips and health.
HIP
AND EYE GUARANTEE:
This guarantee is good for the first 26 months, if the dog develops:
-Hip Dysplasia, as evaluated by the OFA, or -Progressive Retinal Atrophy and
or -Congenital Cataracts, as certified by an ACVO veterinary ophthalmologist, Deez Labs shall replace it
with another puppy of equal value or similar quality. Replacement shall be supplied free of all charges except shipping.
If the value or the replacement puppy is greater than the original price, the buyer will be responsible for paying the difference.
The buyer has several responsibilities for the terms of the guarantee to remain in effect:
I,
the breeder, must be notified within 15 days of diagnosis of Hip Dysplacia, Progressive Retinal Atrophy, or Congenital Cataracts.
The dog must not have been used for breeding until OFA approved and eyes cleared. If bred before approved
the guarantee is VOID.
The dog is evaluated by OFA by the time the dog is 26 months old.
The Deez PREFIX must be used in the dog's registered name, as in Deez lady in
Red.
Proof of spaying or neutering must be shown to breeder and registration papers signed
over to me before replacement dog is given. You may keep the dog.
I am to receive a
copy of the X-ray as well as a copy of the OFA report if dysplastic.
All freight charges are
to be paid for by the owner for replacement dog.
The replacement pup may be chosen from any
breeding that you prefer. Purchase price of $_____________ on original dog will apply toward replacement, if the replacement
is more.
No dog will be replaced if sold or transferred.
